Education - Classes held especially for a woman's needs in mind. WARMC offers classes on childbirth, osteoporosis, heart care, menopause, first aid, stress, weight management, and much, much more! Screenings - Throughout the year, WARMC offers a variety of health screenings especially for women. Some of the offerings include: reduced rate mammograms, cholesterol checks, osteoporosis screenings, and diabetes checks.
Obstetrics and Gynecology Services - Pregnancy is a special time and the staff of the Obstetrics and Perinatal Unit bring a wealth of experience and specialized training in maternal and newborn care to our patients and their families. WARMC offers homelike, private Labor and Delivery suites as well as both private and semi-private post-partum rooms. In addition, WARMC offers comprehensive educational classes to prepare you for your special arrival.
Tiny Toes - Give you and your baby a great head start, by enrolling in WARMC's latest addition of service, the Tiny Toes Program. Ask your obstetrician/gynecologist's office about registration or call WARMC to sign up. You'll receive monthly information on a broad array of topics that will help you prepare for your baby's birth and those first important months at home. As a Tiny Toes member, you are also eligible to receive gifts from the hospital for your new child as well as valuable coupons to be used with local area merchants. Finally, the Tiny Toes program offers you the opportunity to share the news of the birth of your child with the world. Through our popular Internet Nursery, you can post your baby's digital picture online for family and friends to see. Breast Health (Imaging Services) - WARMC offers breast health education, diagnostic screening, and, diagnostic and stereo-tactic breast biopsies for women. Clinical services include: mammography, ultrasound, cyst aspiration, needle localization, and advanced breast biopsy capabilities.
