Important Tips to Remember in Preparation of Your Surgery/Procedure -

• Most importantly, follow your physician's instructions in preparation for your surgery/procedure. This will allow you to avoid unnecessary delays and or cancellations.
• Be prepared for a call from a WARMC pre-surgery screener. This person will attempt to contact you prior to surgery to review your physician instructions and required advance testing such as lab work or x-rays.
• Do not bring any items of value with you. Those important and valuable items should be left at home.
• Remember to prepare for a ride home prior to arriving the day of your surgery. Regardless of the surgical procedure, WARMC will require that a responsible adult pick you up at the hospital and drive you home.
