Rehabilitation Services

The Physical and Speech Therapies Department offers care on an inpatient, outpatient, or home health basis. The staff is certified and experienced in all phases of rehabilitation including but not limited to: orthopedic injuries, joint replacements, stroke, chronic medical conditions, amputations, wound management, work related injuries, hand therapy and all phases of speech therapy including swallowing disorders and speech and language delay. Cardio-Pulmonary Rehabilitation

Pulmonary Services- A department dedicated to patients coping with asthma, emphysema, COPD, or other lung diseases. The Cardio-Pulmonary Department provides a program to lessen shortness of breath, improve endurance and encourage self-confidence. The program is a combination of supervised exercise and education done on an individual basis according to the patient's needs, age, physical limitations, and abilities. Cardiac Rehabilitation

Cardiac Rehab Services - A department dedicated to the care of patients living with heart disease. Following a cardiac event, such as a heart attack or bypass surgery, the Cardiac Rehabilitation staff provides Phase II and III rehabilitation services. Their goal is to strengthen the heart muscle, increase endurance, improve physical strength and return to independence with an improved lifestyle. The program is a combination of supervised exercise and education done on an individual basis according to the patient's needs, age, physical limitations, and abilities.
