Western Arizona Regional Medical Center believes in giving back. For more than 25 years WARMC has supported numerous local organizations. If your organization is requesting a donation please see the criteria below.

The organization making the request needs to provide the following:
o Purpose of the request
o Description of what WARMC will gain from the sponsorship (example: name on banner)
o Amount of the request.
o Tax ID number of the nonprofit organization making the request
o Organization's complete mailing address for a check to be submitted from the hospital
